Path to Parity

Three things I love to do: discuss gender equality, lay out longform documents, and defy the rule of law when it comes to stock imagery. What a great project this was.

A wonderful client, Yolanda of Yo & Co and Future IM/Pact, whom I’ve been working with for a few years, briefed this in earlier in 2024. My favorite part of this project was creating the imagery style from stock images. I used Canva, which has a surprisingly high-quality ‘Remove background’ function (much better and faster than I could ever do with by deep-etching in Photoshop). Plus, it allowed Yolanda and her team to work with the imagery beyond the print design, which they were able to apply to social media, event imagery and promotion of the report.
